earpeace™ Launches Hearing Aid Repair Service

earpeace™ is pleased to announce that we have put in place an all-make repair service for hearing aids, which will give customers piece of mind that their hearing aids can be serviced economically beyond the period of the original manufacturer's warranty. It is not necessary to have bought your hearing aid(s) from earpeace™ in order to avail of these services. This is part of our strategy to make audiology services more accessible to all. In addition, earpeace™ is listed on the Medical Appliance Panel so customers who qualify for the grant

provided under the Treatment Benefit Scheme will be able to avail of up to 50% off the repair of their hearing aids through our service. For our standard fee you will receive the following as part of our service:

• Repair of any make and any model from any manufacturer will be undertaken
• Six months repair guarantee is provided
• Six months supply of batteries are included
• A New Hearing Aid pouch

In the case of a damaged hearing aid, where

• it has to be replated or
• a reshell is required,

an additional fee will apply. Where such an additional fee is required, the customer will be notified in advance, for approval, before proceeding with the additional work. All repaired hearing aids will be returned to the customer by registered post.
